I’m Laura Pavlou, Freedom Strategist, Breakthrough Mentor, and a woman who understands what it feels like to live a life that doesn’t match the future you know you’re capable of.
I know how disorienting it is to feel stuck in patterns you didn’t choose, shaped by circumstances you never wanted. I spent years navigating my own rebuilding — years that taught me that clarity doesn’t come from perfection, but from courage, humility, and the willingness to take one small step toward yourself.
My work started where most people don't want to look.
For 9 years, I led programs inside correctional facilities — working with women who had lost everything, and were slowly finding their way back to themselves. I founded WWISH (Women's Wellness & Integrated Social Health) to bring trauma-informed support into spaces where hope felt like a luxury.
What I witnessed in those rooms — the courage, the clarity, the moment someone decides to reclaim their life — became the foundation of everything I do now.
I'm not a therapist. I'm not a traditional coach. I am someone who has sat in the hardest conversations and come out the other side with a message worth sharing.
My lived experience is my credential. My presence is my method. My integrity is my authority.
Today, I speak and facilitate workshops for organizations, events, and communities who want something real — not polished, not packaged, not performed.
Just truth. And what becomes possible when people finally hear it.
